PayPulse Privacy Policy
Effective 1 August 2026
PayPulse is a shift and earnings tracker. This policy is short because the app's design makes a long one unnecessary.
What PayPulse collects
Nothing.
PayPulse has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. The app requests zero system permissions.
Where your data lives
Everything you enter (work profiles, recorded shifts, invoice details, generated invoices) is stored only on your device. Nothing is uploaded anywhere. PayPulse has no servers.
If you delete the app, its data is deleted with it. Apple's standard device backup (iCloud or computer backup) may include the app's data under your own Apple account, controlled entirely by your device backup settings.
Purchases
Premium purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. PayPulse receives only an anonymous confirmation that a purchase is active. Payment details never touch the app.
PDF invoices you create
Invoices are generated on your device and shared only where you choose to send them (print, mail, save, AirDrop). The business and client details you type into invoices are stored on your device like all other data.
Changes
If a future version of PayPulse ever changes any of the above, this policy will be updated before that version ships, with the change stated plainly at the top.
